Volunteers can help the campaign in three ways:
Canvassing Drivers: I’ll be out in the 45th District neighborhoods connecting with voters to ask for their support. Having someone else take care of the driving will allow me to focus on recording voters’ concerns and issues. It’s also nice to have someone to share laughs and camaraderie with.
Hosting a Neighborhood “Meet the Candidate” event: Invite friends and neighbors for an informal gathering to introduce me, allow them to ask questions and provide input, and just have a good time.
Friend-to-Friend Contact: Make calls and/or send emails to your friends and neighbors to make sure they are aware of what’s at stake in this election, and to remind everyone to show up and cast their ballot.
